Fortress Entertainment goes to the Lighthouse
Fortress Entertainment has optioned the Stephen Marlowe novel The Lighthouse at the End of the World. Merritt Johnson will adapt the screenplay about the mysterious disappearance of Edgar Allan Poe. The author and poet disappeared just prior to his death in 1849, but was then found drunk in a Baltimore gutter.
