New Line to remake All of Me
New Line Cinema is looking to remake the Steve Martin/Lily Tomlin comedy All of Me, and has hired screenwriters Brent Goldberg and David Wagner to update the script. The studio is looking to cast Wanda Sykes in the role that had been played by Tomlin, and talks have begun with the actress waiting to look at the script before making a final decision. The movie centers on a dying heiress who attempts to transfer her soul into a young woman, but instead winds up being caught inside the right side of the body of a lawyer (played by Martin in the original).
