Preying on Fishburne
Laurence Fishburne will star in, and James Marsh will direct, Prey. The movie is set to begin filming sometime this Fall. Fishburne also appears in Akeelah and the Bee which opens this month. Marsh's last film was The King, which played at Cannes last year.

Lions Gate company gets Prey
Sobini Films, a production company that has a first-look deal with Lions Gate, acquired the spec script Prey from Jerrold E. Brown. The psychological thriller centers on a man who goes out for a hunting trip all alone in the middle of winter, and injures his leg. A mysterious trapper rescues him, but things turn to "Misery" rather quickly.
