Parker goes in the Slammer
Todd Graff is set to direct the dark comedy Slammer for Revolution Studios, replacing Adam Shankman. Sara Jessica Parker will star as a pushy publicist who finds herself in jail at Sing Sing. While there, she produces a musical for the inmates. Marc Shaiman is writing the tunes for the film. Graff is best known thus far for the indie musical Camp. Sara Goodman wrote the screenplay.

Sarah Jessica Parker goes to the Slammer
Sarah Jessica Parker is set to star in Slammer for Revolution Studios. Adam Shankman will direct the film in which Parker plays a pushy publicist who is put in prison based on the charge that she took fashion freebies that are meant from clients and then turned them over to knockoff artists to create in mass production. Once she's in Sing-Sing, she produces a musical totally handled by the inmates.
