Warner Bros. sets up Speedo
Warner Bros. has acquired the rights to produce Speedo, a family comedy that was inspired by a documentary about a demolition driver. Alex Tanaka will write the screenplay about a drag racer who turns to demolition driving and finds modest fame as he races in Long Island. He becomes quite passionate about the sport - so much so that it becomes a struggle to keep his family together.
