Marston to give life to truckers' story
Joshua Marston, who received plenty of critical attention in 2004 for Maria Full of Grace, has been hired by Warner Independent Pictures to write and direct a movie based on truckers who take on one of the most dangerous jobs they possibly can - driving in Iraq. Currently known as the Iraqi Convoy Project, the movie will center on truck drivers who have such financial hardships that they are lured over to Iraq to drive for contractors working there. These positions usually pay triple what they are used to.
