Paramount buys rights to Fire Breather
Paramount Pictures, along with Nick Movies, has purchased the rights to adapt the graphic novel Fire Breather, which is written by Phil Hester and Andy Kuhn. The Image Comics books center on Duncan Rosenblatt, a high school student who just happens to be half-human, half-dragon. He's also at odds with his divorced parents. His good-natured soccer mom simply wants him to get into a good college, but his 300 foot tall monster of a father prefers that he spend his time trying to destroy the Earth.
