Cast signs up for Walker
A number of cast members are set to star alongside Jason Patric in the indie flick Walker. Drea de Matteo, KaDee Strickland, Sam Shepard and Bruce Dern will also topline. Matt Williams directs from a screenplay he co-wrote with Alex Paraskevas. The story is set in 1957 and centers on a charming small-town guy who must make some difficult choices in order to save his two daughters. de Matteo will play his ex-wife, Strickland will be his love interest, Dern will portray his surrogate father, and Shepard will play a hustler.

Patric signs up for Walker
Jason Patric is set to star in Walker, a movie co-written and directed by Matt Williams (Where the Heart Is). Williams co-wrote the drama with Alex Paraskevas, with the story set in 1957. Patric will portray an underachieving but charming small-town seducer who must make some heartbreaking decisions in order to save his two daughters.
