Whedon heads up Wonder Woman

Warner Bros. has hired Joss Whedon, creator of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel and Firefly, to write and direct the big-screen adaptation of Wonder Woman. The movie should be his next project after post-production on Serenity, a movie adaptation of Firefly, is completed.
