Constantine director moves on to family fare
Francis Lawrence, who directed Constantine, will now helm Warner Bros. Pictures' adaptation of the Philip Ardagh children's fantasy novel A House Called Awful End. The movie itself will be called Awful End, and centers on an 11-year-old boy named Eddie Dickens who is placed in the questionable care of his Mad Uncle Jack and Mad Aunt Maud when his parents take ill. They in turn send him off to St. Horrid's Home for Grateful Orphans, where Eddie organizes a breakout of the orphans
