Paramount and Nickelodeon find the Family Jewels
Paramount Pictures and Nickelodeon Films have hired Abdi Nazemian and Micah Schraft to write the screenplay for Family Jewels, a remake of a 1965 Jerry Lewis comedy. The story centers around a rich orphan girl who is the center of a family custody battle and must choose with whom she will live. As this is taking place, she discovers that her chauffeur is her best friend. In the original film, Lewis played seven parts, including that of the chauffeur and six uncles.
