Neeson to play Abraham Lincoln
Steven Spielberg is in talks with Liam Neeson to play president Abraham Lincoln in a biopic of the president. The current plan is for production of the film to start in January of 2006. The DreamWorks film will be based on a forthcoming biography of Lincoln written by Pulitzer Prize winning historian Doris Kearns Goodwin. Due to be published in Fall of 2005, the book will be titled The Uniter: The Genius of Abraham Lincoln.
