Director ready to play Fetch
Danny Leiner has signed to direct Fetch for Columbia. Based on a screenplay by Jeff Lowell, the movie is described as Look Who's Talking with a dog instead of a baby. Leiner previously helmed Dude, Where's My Car? and Harold and Kumar Go to White Castle.

Sony plays Fetch
Jeff Lowell, who has previously worked on such television series as The Drew Carey Show, Spin City and Just Shoot Me, has sold the romantic comedy pitch Fetch to Sony. The project is described as Look Who's Talking, but with a dog instead of a baby.
