The Corrections headed for the big screen
Robert Zemeckis is working to develop the latest draft of the National Book Award winner The Corrections, by Jonathan Franzen. Zemeckis will consider directing the film. David Hare (The Hours) is working on the current screenplay, which centers on three generations of a very dysfunctional Midwestern family that come together at Christmas for a holiday gathering.
