TLA acquires Dorian Blues
TLA Releasing has acquired U.S. theatrical distribution rights to Dorian Blues, a movie about a gay teen who struggles to find his place in life. The film is the first feature from writer/director Tennyson Bardwell. The movie has won several festival prizes, including audience kudos at the OutFest Los Angeles for narrative first feature, the Philadelphia Intl. Gay and Lesbian audience prize for a feature
film and, most recently, the Torchlight screenwriting award at the Bahamas Film Festival. The film will be released in September.
