Mandalay gets the Hookup
Mandalay Entertainment has optioned film rights to the upcoming book The Hookup Handbook: A Single Girl's Guide to Living It Up. The book is part satire, part field guide, and was written by Jessica Rozler and Andrea Lavinthal. The book's central theme centers on the notion that "hooking up" has replaced "dating" in society. It is scheduled to be released by Simon and Schuster's Simon Spotlight Entertainment in March.
