Paramount has a caper
Paramount Pictures has obtained rights to remake the French caper film Le Convoyeur. Andrew Kevin Walker (Se7en) is set to write the screenplay. The original film starts out with a man and his son driving behind an armored car. When masked gunmen open fire on the armored vehicle, the man and his son wind up being in the line of fire, and the son is killed. The father suspects that the robbery was an inside job and gets hired at the armored car company, bent on finding revenge for his son's death.
