Myriad listens to Beethoven
Myriad Pictures has acquired worldwide rights to Agnieszka Holland's Copying Beethoven, a movie project that was announced at the Cannes Film Festival earlier this year. The film will feature Ed Harris and Diane Kruger in a tale about the obsessive love that developed between composer Ludwig von Beethoven and his young assistant as he worked to complete his Ninth Symphony, his final work. The screenplay was written by Stephen J. Rivele and Christopher Wilkinson.
