Vanderbilt goes Against Enemies
James Vanderbilt, who previously wrote the scripts for The Rundown and Basic, has been hired to handle the screenplay adaptation of the Richard A. Clarke book Against All Enemies for Columbia. The studio optioned the book back in April while it was on the bestseller list and creating copious amounts of controversy for its statements about the Bush administration's lack of vigilance in the days and months preceding 9/11.
