Paramount picks up Nice Girls
Paramount has optioned the film rights to the Lois Frankel novel Nice Girls Don't Get the Corner Office along with producer Robert Evans. The film centers on four women who are competing for a position as an executive with their company. One woman seems to be trailing the rest of the pack, and becomes captivated by a book that claims a 100% success rate in helping women execs climb to the top. Paramount hopes to have the film in production by spring of 2005.
