Disney gets Grounded
Disney has acquired the rights to Grounded, a sci-fi comedy written by Paul Davidson. In the film, an intergalactic dictator crash lands in Nebraska and goes undercover as a high school science teacher.

Ascendant Pictures is Grounded
Ascendant Pictures has taken on the Paul Davidson spec script Grounded, which tells the story of an intergalactic dictator who goes undercover as a high school science teacher when he crash lands in Nebraska. Davidson is perhaps best known for the book Consumer Joe: Harassing Corporate America, One Letter at a Time.
