Ellis is a Shaker
David Ellis, who recently directed New Line's upcoming thriller Cellular, is in negotiations to helm the action flick Shakers for Whitelight Entertainment. The screenplay was written by Perry Barndt and Jason Rodriguez and revolves around a small-town cop who gets thrown in the middle of the high-speed world of drag racing in the midst of a bank robbery investigation.
