Cast set for The Pleasure Drivers
A number of cast have been set for the indie feature The Pleasure Drivers, from director Andrzej Sekula. Lauren Holly, Angus MacFadyen, Lacey Chabert, Rachel Dratch, Angelo Spizzirri, Jill Bennett, Jason Mewes and Meat Loaf are all onboard for roles in the film. The screenplay from Adam Haynes is a crime thriller that has various intertwined stories that connect its characters. Holly will play a kidnapper and recovering drug addict; MacFadyen is a psychology professor who is out of touch with reality; Chabert is a sociopathic prostitute; Dratch and Mewes are dueling gas station attendants; Spizzirri is a former cult guru with brain damage; Bennett is a lesbian assassin; and Meat Loaf is an alcoholic from the junkyard.
