Paramount gets some Superstition
Paramount Pictures has purchased the horror spec scrip Superstition from Neal Marshall Stevens. Based on the novel by the British mystery writer David Ambrose, the story centers on a scientifically led séance that brings a deadly ghost out into the open. It shifts reality to allow for its own existence.

Stevens has Superstition
Neal Marshall Stevens has signed on to adapt David Ambrose's supernatural thriller Superstition. The story centers around a group of college students who have a psychology experiment go awry, accidentally creating a ghost. Stevens is looking to potentially direct the film. The writer does have some previous experience in the horror genre, as he previously did the screenplay for Thir13en Ghosts.
