De Souza has a Presence
Steven De Souza, who has written films such as Die Hard and 48 Hours, has been selected to write and direct the supernatural thriller The Presence. The film will center around a young man whose mother died in childbirth. Twenty-five years after that sad event, he is set to get married and determines that he'd like to take his bride to live in the home of his birth. Unfortunately, his mom is haunting the home. The movie's budget is expected to be in excess of $20 million, with filming set to start before the end of the year.
