Hood handles The Breathtaker
John Wells Prods. has hired Sean Hood to write the screenplay for the horror thriller The Breathtaker. Based on a novel by Alice Blanchard, the story centers around a small-town police chief's pursuit of a serial killer who only strikes in the midst of tornadoes. He kills them in the eye of the storm. The book was a selection of the Today Show Book Club.
