Reluctant Messiah picked up by Digital Domain
Richard Bach's bestselling novel Illusions: The Adventures of a Reluctant Messiah has been acquired for adaptation to film form by visual effects studio Digital Domain and Barnet Bain Films. Yann Samuell, the French director who headed up the Paramount Classics film Love Me If You Dare, is set to helm the film. The novel, which has sold 15 million copies, tells the inspirational story of an encounter with a modern-day messiah. Author Bach is perhaps most famous for his book Jonathan Livingston Seagull.
