WIP picks up Sportfishing
Warners' new indie unit Warner Independent Pictures has secured the rights to William Zabka's manuscript for Sportfishing: A Guide for the Emotional Cripple. Zabka will adapt the screenplay along with Tom Gallagher and Bobby Garabedian, who is also slated to make his feature directing debut. The story was inspired by a horrible fishing accident that took place off the Florida Keys.
