Disney understands Fear of Becoming Your Mother
Disney has purchased the pitch Matrophobia: The Fear of Becoming Your Mother, which is planned to be written by Lizzie Weiss for Rachel Pfeffer to produce under her first-look pact with the Mouse House. The mother/daughter comedy centers around the idea that Saturn comes into a life when a woman is born and then returns every 28 years. It totally wreaks havoc of a successful 28-year-old woman when her 56-year-old mother suddenly shows up on her doorstep.
