Hayes to write Book of Skulls
Terry Hayes, the British screenwriter who handled the script for Dead Calm, has been hired by Paramount to adapt the Robert Silverberg sci-fi novel Book of Schools. The psychological thriller, which will be directed by William Friedkin, centers around four college students who find an ancient book that contains the secret to eternal life. Naturally, such a marvelous discovery must come with a price.
