Industry of War moves from comics to big screen
Producers Ronald Shusett (Ronald Shusett Productions) and Daniel Alter (Alter Ego Entertainment) have optioned the feature film rights to the upcoming comic book series from Image Comics, Industry of War by Jordan Raskin.
The story revolves around a group of undercover agents who are hunting down some missing missile technology to try to prevent it from falling into the wrong hands. The first story involves a former gang member who has just been released from prison. He somehow stumbles across a bio-symbiotic prototype suit that has been designed for foot soldiers and implanted with an assassination mission during the Gulf War.
Shusett and Alter are hoping the series can be developed into a franchise.
