Universal likes to Party
Universal Pictures has picked up the comedy pitch Party Boys from Mark Jordan Legan and Mark Wilding, who will write the screenplay. The film will center around two ex-cons who must find jobs as performers at children's parties. It's not long before the enterprising duo realizes that the work gives the ideal opportunity to check out the homes of the rich and famous clients for whom they perform.

New Line looking to Party
New Line Cinemas has acquired a pitch from writer Josh Lieb, formerly of News Radio and currently an executive producer on The Simpsons. Party Boys was brought to the studio by producers Braxton Pope and Andrew Weiner of Ithaca Entertainment.
