Dennis Hopper will play a retired doctor in the indie feature Mem-o-re. His character is the colleague of a medical researcher who taps into a killer's genetically stored memories. The movie, which is budgeted at $3.5 million is set to begin shooting in February. Bennett Davlin will direct the film.

3210 Films debuts with Mem-o-re
Upstart production company 3210 Films, which was formed by filmmaker Bennett Davlin and producers Jesse Newhouse and Anthony Badalucco, has secured financing for the first film in a planned series of projects. Mem-o-re, which will begin shooting in Vancouver on October 1st, has a $3.5 million budget. It is a psychological thriller that centers on a medical expert who unlocks genetically stored memories that don't belong to him. The catch is that he remembers them in his own brain. Even worse, the memories belong to a killer who has been abducting victims for the better part of 30 years.
