David Benioff producing Kashmir for Warner Bros.
David Benioff, who wrote the screenplay for Troy, is producing his second project for Warner Bros. Kashmir, an action-drama written by David Weiss, is about three former soldiers who are looking for a terrorist with a $50 million bounty on his head.
Benioff is a very busy man. He's currently completing an adaptation of Ernest Hemingway's For Whom the Bell Tolls for Warner Bros., and also has a screenplay called Stay in the works for Fox. He'll also be producing A Spell for Chameleon alongside Wolfgang Petersen and Diana Rathbun for Warner Bros. That film will be the first in the Xanth series, based on the books by Piers Anthony.
