Snyder to write for Rainbow Six
Zach Snyder, who directed last year's remake of Dawn of the Dead for Universal, has been hired to write and direct Paramount's adaptation of Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six. Rather than center on the Jack Ryan character as previous Clancy adaptations have, this movie will center on the shadowy John Clark character, a CIA agent. This particular tale will have Clark joining several of his colleagues to depart the CIA and create a multinational organization to fight terrorism.
